1. What is Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS)?

Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS) is a specialized digital platform designed to streamline the planning, tracking, and management of clinical trials. It helps organizations efficiently handle regulatory compliance, patient enrollment, site management, finances, data collection, and reporting.

2. Who can use ClinAsyst?

ClinAsyst is designed for hospitals, academic institutions, independent researchers, and site networks involved in clinical trials.

4. Is ClinAsyst cloud-based or on-premises?

ClinAsyst is a cloud-based CTMS system hosted by Amazon Web Services.  Sites have the option of selecting a single-tenancy vs. multi-tenancy instance of Clinasyst. 

5. Can ClinAsyst handle multi-site networks?

Yes, ClinAsyst is designed to manage multi-site clinical trials efficiently by centralizing trial data, communication, and compliance tracking across all locations.

6. How does ClinAsyst enhance patient recruitment?

ClinAsyst provides tools for targeted recruitment strategies and campaigns, automated patient follow-ups, and site performance tracking to improve patient enrollment and retention rates.

7. What is a Research Ready Score and how can it help to “triage” my recruitment efforts?

ResearchReady™ is a proprietary scoring system developed by our founder Dr. Michael Koren that allows you to see the likelihood that a patient will participate in a research trial.  By first targeting subjects with a higher ResearchReady™ score you can greatly optimize your conversion ratio and recruit more patients.

Yes, ClinAsyst is designed to manage multi-site clinical trials efficiently by centralizing trial data, communication, and compliance tracking across all locations.

1. Is ClinAsyst compliant with regulatory standards?

Yes, ClinAsyst is designed to comply with regulatory standards such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11, ICH-GCP, and HIPAA to ensure data security and regulatory adherence.

2. How secure is the data within ClinAsyst?

ClinAsyst uses advanced encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access controls, and regular security audits to ensure the highest level of data protection.

3. Can ClinAsyst integrate with other clinical trial software?

Yes, ClinAsyst offers seamless integration with Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce.  Remove redundant transcription tasks, auto-populate leads from Facebook, Instagram, and Salesforce saving you and your team hours.

4. What is the difference between a single-tenancy and multi-tenancy instance?

If you choose a multi-tenancy instance you will be placed onto a shared server that hosts multiple sites.  Your data will be segmented and inaccessible to other sites; however, all data will be stored on one database.  Multi-tenancy is the most cost-effective option.  If you choose a single tenancy instance your data will be completely segregated to its own database.  A single-tenancy environment promotes absolute data independence and customization while allowing for maximum security. 

5. How does ClinAsyst use your data?

You are the owner of all your data.  ClinAsyst will not use, store, sell, or disseminate your data without your prior written consent.

Implementation & Onboarding

1. How long will it take to implement ClinAsyst?

Implementation time varies based on the number of trials, need for data porting, organization size, and training availability. On average, deployment takes around 2-3 weeks to complete. 

2. Is training provided for new users?

Yes, we offer comprehensive training programs, including webinars, live remote training, and self-paced learning modules to help users get familiar with the software.

3. What if I am currently working with another CTMS vendor?

That’s not a problem.  We are able to seamlessly and automatically import data from most other clinical trial management software solutions.  Just ask for an export of your data and provide it to the ClinAsyst team and we will handle the rest!

4. How long will it take to port our data from another CTMS company?

ASAP, but the real answer is it depends.  If you are porting your data from a CTMS for which we have a developed application program interface (API) link, we are only limited by the time it takes for us to get a data export from your current CTMS.  If we need to create an API, the process will require a data export and some additional time to analyze and develop an import.

3. What if I am currently working with another CTMS vendor?

We provide 24/7 customer support, including email and phone-based support.  Our support desk is hosted in the United States providing clear, local, urgent, and friendly support.  We also offer comprehensive training sessions, user manuals, and an online knowledge base.
